Pick up an e-bike at the distribution point

Choose a week to test the e-bike. You can pick it up and return it at the Cycle Center in Valkenburg (lending period from Thursday to Thursday).

From the Leeuwhof 21 in Valkenburg, you cycle straight through the hilly country.

How does it work?

- Sign up via this link and complete the form;
- Then you can log in with your own account;
- In the dashboard you can choose when and with which e-bike you want to start the trial period;
- You pick up the e-bike yourself at the Distribution Point Cycle Center, where we will of course help you on your way;
- To participate in Ontdek de e-bike, accept our terms and conditions;
- Any questions? Contact the helpdesk for help with using the e-bike;
- No worries! You are insured throughout the week for breakdowns, theft and damage to the e-bike (limited excess of €35,-);
- Afterwards we will ask you a number of questions about your experience.
